Franklin Cruz is an entrepreneur with extensive experience in Real Estate Investments, Property Management, Negotiation, Purchasing and Property Rehabilitation. He is the founder of several Real Estate companies and projects such as Bentley Private Fund and TradeMarks, LLC. In addition, Franklin's passion is mentoring Real Estate Investors across the country. He currently has mentored over 90 mentorees with a 85% success rate.

Franklin is also a Dynamic Motivational Speaker. He gives motivational speeches at various venues for the non-profit organization S.E.R.V.E. Franklin has also given speeches on Real Estate Professionals or Inspiring New Real Estate Investors. He can speak on all topics ranging from Foreclosures, Short Sales, Probates Condo Conversions, Mortgages, and Structuring Deals etc

Franklin has served seven years as active duty in the United States Army and is an Operation Iraqi Freedom Veteran.
