Todd began managing property in 1985, and bought HomePropertyManagement.com in 1993. His pioneering work in the use of video for property managers makes him a leading authority on video walkthrough tours and video property condition reports.

Since 2001 Todd went from working 60 hours/week to just 4 hours/week at his property management firm. Todd began outsourcing work to the Philippines in 2010 and his offshore staff of over 100 now screens tenants and answers leasing calls for 100's of property management companies nationally. l

Founded NationalPropertyManagement in 2016 to bring value added products and services to the residential property management industry, beginning with their Tenant Liability Insurance offering.
