Mr. Raissi is the founder of Raissi & Company, Inc., an independent office in St. Petersburg, Florida. Mr. Raissi has a mission to serve the community through direct financial planning and education thereby promoting the financial well-being of individuals and families.

Mr. Raissi has a BS in Finance from the University of South Florida and obtained his MBA degree in Finance and Investments from Oakland University. He has been in the industry since 1983 and has been actively financial planning since 1986.

Mr. Raissi offers Securities exclusively through Raymond James Financial Services, Inc. Member FINRA/SIPC. He is a Registered Investment Advisor Agent and Registered Securities Principal as well as a General Securities Representative. In addition, he is licensed in Insurance and Risk Management.

He is the author of Wealth Creation and Protection and has published numerous articles on Financial, Tax, and Estate Planning in the national media including Wealth Manager, Tax Strategies and Investment Advisor. He has been a guest speaker for several groups involved in retirement planning, various clubs, corporations and radio shows. Mr. Raissi currently serves on the Board for the Indian Rocks Foundation and in his free time he enjoys coaching soccer, golfing, reading books, and spending time with his family. Mr. Raissi and his children reside at Wind Song Acres in Seminole, Florida and are members of First Baptist Church of Indian Rocks.
